Indicators (Solid Waste Management Program – SWMP)
All materials are separated, as the international standard for identification - through the SELECTIVE COLLECTION within the productive processes and sent to disposal areas.

After separation, selection, press and weighing, the waste recycled is sent to authorized recycling companies as well as donated to accredited bodies in environmental projects, the waste not recycled is collected by specialized accredited companies to ensure the correct destination.

The Company performs periodic inventory of waste from the units where the results are presented in the chart of management below. On average 85% of waste from all the units are recycled in 2010.
