Defensor Sporting Club
Founded on March 15th, 1913, is a multi-sports club from Uruguay, best known for its performances in the soccer fields and the basketball courts, is the most traditional club of the country.
Playing in the stadium Luis Franzini, the team is tetra champion from Uruguay and participated in seven editions of the Copa Libertadores. Its greatest achievement was to eliminate the powerful BocaJuniors in the round of 16 of this competition when they defeated the Argentine team by 1-0 at La Bombonera.
